Back to School

It's that time again...

the official end of summer and the start of getting up early. (we just love that part)

We started this year off in 2 different schools again. Ash just started Monday and Jes starts Wednesday. Hopefully by the end of next week they'll both be in Jess' school. Just love that waiting list! 3rd times a charm though, right?! It better be!

So here's to early mornings, school visits, mommy drama, running from school to school, homework, baths every night, late bedtimes......(begin routine again)....

but let's not forget.........no kids for 6 hours!!! Can you see me dancing?!?! Oh, the quiet I will experience!
No one to say "MOM" in a whiney voice.....no one to cater to....no butts to wipe....no fights to break up....no kids shows on tv....no one to get something for....no owies to mend....no drama to deal with....no sassing back....

just plain 'ole breathing room!

Boy, am I gonna be bored!

Never fear, I'm sure my husband will be bugging the crap outta me!

I'm actually looking forward to lunch dates with him. To talk without being interrupted by children having to go to the bathroom or say something. To eat a meal in one sitting.

Come to think of it, grocery shopping will be soothing. I might not forget something in a mad dash to get out of the store with fighting kids. I'll need to pick up food for those dinners I should be making now.

Shoot, I may even be able to do some clothes shopping for myself!

Get a massage!

Get a pedicure!

Watch a movie uninterupted!

And yes, pathetically enough, I'll even have time to clean. (Insert crazy- insane laughter!)

Maybe I won't be so bored after all...............just lonely for my girls.
